date Bare Cheek Recordings has had two vinyl releases to date
and has featured artists the BCR BoyZ, Iain Cross,Jon the Baptist
& DJ Arcane from Germany. Back in the year 2000 it was the
dream of two young hopefuls, Andy M and Swannie aka the BCR
BoyZ, to run their own record label with an honest work ethic
and heartfelt philosophy. Tired of seeing labels created just
lusting after fame and fortune, they wanted to do it just for
the love of music. Now eight years on they have made their dream
come true and to a greater extent then they could ever have
imagined. Bare Cheek Recordings has in the span of a short few
years achieved a reputation for excellence and innovation in
this crowded field.
audio:tech
is the brainchild of Iain Cross and is formed in alliance with
QUANTUM FLUX as part of the Bare Cheek Recordings Digital Collective.
Iain Cross has worked harder than most in our scene over the
past 10 years, and has accumulated a colorful array of past
production work and with digital music rapidly taking control
of the music industry a digital label will give Iain the perfect
outlet for his music. Not content with just releasing his own
solo productions expect many high profile collaborations and
remixes on audio:tech that will appeal to the Hard Trance, Hard
Style and Hard Dance community.
Formed
in alliance with audio:tech as part of the Bare Cheek Recordings
Digital Collective, QUANTUM FLUX is born! The men behind the
label are the BCR BoyZ, head honcho’s of Bare Cheek Recordings.
With other 30 years in the music industry between them, they
have established quite a back catalogue of past musical creations.
Embracing the era of musical freedom the digital revolution
has sparked the Boyz decided to create QUANTUM FLUX as a platform
for their creations in the digital format. The label promises
a culmination of tracks from the BCR BoyZ and some of the finest
talent from around the world, catering for all the Schranz and
Hard Techno purists out there!
